Actionable Insights

We've seen many variations on the classic "eye roll" whenever this subject comes up.  Quite honestly the majority of businesses would sooner just reference it, and then wonder why they aren't seeing the results they were hoping for.

  •  Analysis:  Whatever you measure, you can manage & control

  • Sales:  Drill down to discover patterns of behaviour...  sales, marketing, and your customers - right product, right timing, right presentation and right pricing.

  • Discovery:  Insights into what works and just as importantly; what doesn't - can make a massive difference with only a minimal investment.

  • Action:  OK, you have done the analysis, gained the insights and taken action to address the issues.  Now it's time to benchmark and follow through to ensure the early successes are locked into place.

Actionable Insights are something we understand and can assist your organisation with the design and implementation of a program of continuous improvement... all through the power of the data you are already accumulating.

DATAANALYSIS

CASEsTUDY

Background  Our multi-national client underwrote a financial product through an agency who on-sold it to a diverse range of customers.  Despite an audit by a big four accountancy firm declaring there were no issues of significance; our client still had concerns about the performance of the portfolio.

Our Task We were appointed to provide an analysis of a year’s worth of data contained in a number of spreadsheets and uploaded them into our proprietary RazorFish™ solution.

Actionable Insights  Our client received a report from us suggesting the most logical explanation for certain behaviours by three customers was money laundering!

Our customised algorithm also detected there were a large number of instances where the product was being abused at their very significant financial expense.

We made numerous recommendations to enhance the performance of the portfolio to make it profitable.  In addition to this we suggested a further audit after six months to ensure compliance utilising the portfolio benchmark rating tool we developed.

The Outcome. After a period of deliberation our client decided the risks of damage to brand and reputation were simply too great and terminated the business relationship with the agency.
